The HBAMA.com web site is a professional web site serving home builders, associates to the building industry and consumers. It is linked from the National Association of Home Builders web site, the local Massachusetts Chapters web sites and many of the Builder and Associate member’s web sites. This site has been getting approximately 1000 visits per month for over a year.
Your product or service can be advertised where the homebuilders and home buyers will see you. Your company will get your custom Banner ad at the top of each HBAMA.com page. The banner will also appear on a static advertiser page. Visitors can click on the ad link from both the banner ad and the static page ad to link directly to your website.
The banner ad will change every 5 seconds, rotating through all of the advertisers. The starting ad will be randomly selected when the page is first viewed.

Advertising Rates (ppd.):
- $775 per year for non HBAM members
- $750 per year for HBAM members

Technical Specs:
- Banner will be at top right of HBAMA.com home page
- Banner ad must be 380 px wide by 66 px high
- GIF or JPG format OK, animated GIF OK if within file size
- File size must be less than 30Kb
- Provide URL for banner link to advertiser web site
- Banner space will be shared with all advertisers
- Banner will change approximately every 5 seconds
- Starting banner ad will be randomly selected at page load
- HBAM may provide an advertisers index page with static (non-rotating) banner and link

*Advertiser Requirements:
- Due to Association regulations, only non-Builder advertisers will be accepted
- Advertisers need not be members of the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts
- Members of the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts may receive a discount
- HBAM reserves the right to refuse material and/or links that contain or link to content that is not deemed not in line with the Association's standards

- Fees for the entire advertising period must be prepaid and will not be refunded after the ad has been published.
- Material must be provided 5 business days prior to the publish date
