Reserve the date and join us at the Massachusetts State House in Boston, where the evening’s festivities will include the presentation of the Builder Legend and Member of the Year Awards, and the installation of Gary Ruping as 2009 HBAM President.
- Begin your evening at the reception from 6-7:15 PM at the Grand Staircase where an open bar, a fine selection of hors d’oeuvres, a buffet dinner and desserts will be waiting for you.
- Join one of the Docent Guided Tours of the State House at the Grand Staircase at 6:20 or 6:50 PM.
- Enjoy the architecture, fine craftsmanship and artwork of the State House as you mingle with colleagues and
friends.
- Join us in the Great Hall at 7:30 PM as we celebrate our Award Recipients and install FY 2009 incoming
president Gary Ruping and his leadership team.

Evening Highlights
We will be honoring six Builder Legends, those who
exemplify excellence within the building community
through a long history of professional involvement
and contribution to the homebuilding industry as well
as having a record of civic and community involvement
to the benefit of society at large.
In addition, we will recognize our 2008 Member of the Year, who represents the true spirit of service to the association.

Location & Parking:
Use the General Hooker Entrance just to the
right of the main gate.
Reduced parking rate of $7.50 per car at Boston
Common Garage located at Zero Charles Street,
with pre-ordered parking ticket (you must make your reservations and pre-order before June 16). The parking pass will be available at the registration desk when you arrive and pick up your name tag.
